These Terms and Conditions of Executive Express Transportation LLC guides our operations on our webpage which guides and manage your use of our website. Executive Express Transportation is accessible at executiveexpresscar.com when using our services, we believe you agree to accept all terms and conditions written in here

Extra Charges

Our rates are subject to change without prior notice. We charge 20% gratuity for driver tips, fees and tolls. Online Reservations are billed to the customers account or credit cards on file. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover. Zelle, Cashapp payments. We also set up Corporate Accounts online.

All hourly rates for sedans are billed at $60 per Hour, with a minimum of 3 hours, (minimum of 4hrs plus 20% gratuity), $100 per Hour for full-size Black Suvs plus 20% Gratuity. Our 15 Passenger Vans for 12 to 15 passengers, we charge $200 to $250 with a minimum of 3 hours plus 20% gratuity.

Policy for Waiting Time

charges applies to wait time if the pickup time exceeds 60 minutes for domestic flights, 90 minutes for international flights, Also when we pick you from homes and offices when the time exceeds 30 minutes, it will be charged with the total transportation charges and fees

We Add $15 charge for Early pick-ups around 12 midnight and 4am $15 may be added to the charges and each additional stop after the first pickup location $25 is added to the cost.

Cancellation & No Show Policy :

At Least a customer must inform us and cancel a Reservation 3 Hours before the pickup Time, else we charge a Cancellation or No Show Charges of $25 but if a customer cancels after the driver arrive at your pickup location then the full Amount will be charged fully and the 20% gratuity.   • • There will be no smoking, eating, and use of narcotics or any controlled substances in our vehicles once the driver picks up.
  • • Any damages incurred in our vehicles by the client or guest will be fully charged to the client's credit card or by cash from the client.
  • • We are not liable for any personal property of the client or guests which are damaged or misplaced in our vehicles, if we find anything, we will do our best to call and inform the client.
  • • We are not liable for any unforeseen severe weather condition damages or traffic, road constructions, accidents or unexpected car breakdowns which are beyond our control.
